League availability, roster fit and budget assumptions
Without a roster, value is relative to a league-size bench-depth proxy (QB24, RB48, WR60, TE24 in 12 teams), not a guaranteed starting-lineup improvement. Bid ranges are alternatives; do not submit every suggested bid without a combined budget check. Roster fit assumes 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE and 1 FLEX, plus an optional Superflex. Names are matched locally; nothing is submitted to your league. Only players verified at 50% or less rostered on Yahoo or ESPN are shown. Missing or stale percentages do not establish eligibility. Confirm availability before claiming. Stash value beyond a four-week window is not priced.

How the recommendations work
Four-week value includes weeks with no production. Persistent-starter probability means at least two positive QB12 / RB24 / WR24 / TE12 finishes in four league weeks, using PPR and a 12-team reference. It is not a promise of a breakout. Provisional players have no probability until sufficient in-season evidence exists.
The FAAB ceiling is your remaining budget × four-week positive lineup gain ÷ (that gain + remaining weeks × your opportunity-reserve assumption). The displayed 40–70% of ceiling range is a negotiating scenario, not a learned winning price. There is no historical losing-bid archive. Higher reserve settings save more for future claims. A zero ceiling means the modeled immediate lineup gain does not support spending; it does not prove a stash has no value.
Rolling priority has future option value; use it selectively for sustained upgrades. Weekly standings priority resets, so conserving it has less value. Under FAAB, priority generally breaks equal bids. Your league’s actual rules control.
Current Odds API props and game lines are dated context. Future closing lines are excluded from Tuesday backtests. Prior-season PFF is tested separately; current cumulative PFF cannot be retroactively used as weekly history. Historical waiver availability is approximated by a past-production screen, so results measure forecast and selection quality in that proxy pool, not realized league claim win rates.
D/ST and kicker streaming targets use the existing separately tested positional models. Their spending horizon is one week; do not price them like a four-week offensive breakout.
